HOW IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, you may return the item(s) within 30 days of receiving the order. Please note that monogrammed, personalized, special-order items, and items damaged through normal wear and tear are not eligible for return.
To take into account: to be eligible for return you must provide both the product and its original package.

WHICH PAYMENT OPTIONS DO YOU OFFER?

Currently we accept payments via Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Diners Club, Union Pay and PayPal

APPROXIMATE DELIVERY TIME?

Our vast network of suppliers in the USA lets us deliver your order in no more than 10 bussiness days. If one or more of your products are from one of our suppliers in China, we'll let you know before you complete the order. This will help you contemplate that the delivery time from your order could take a little bit more.
To take into account: If for any reason there's no stock of one of your products in our suppliers warehouse in USA the product will be then dispatched from their China warehouse.

DO YOU SHIP ANYWHERE OUT THE USA?

Currently we only dispatched products in the USA. Soon we'll open up to international shipping.
